Data processing shall be undertaken both manually and by means of computerised tools.
Any personal information requested must be provided in order to fulfil the contract services. Refusal to provide such information will make it impossible to continue with the agreement.
Personal information shall under no circumstances be communicated to third parties, nor shall it be released or broadcast, with the exception of information necessary for the collection and return of your goods, which shall be communicated, exclusively for this purpose, to the delegated and approved courier.
Data processing does NOT include confidential personal information.

Italian Legislative Decree n.196/2003, Article 7 – Right to access personal information and other rights

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence, or not, of his personal data, even if not yet recorded, and to have it made available to him in intelligible format.
The interested party has the right to obtain the following information:
a) the origin of personal information;
b) the purpose and method of data processing;
c) the methods used in the case of data processing undertaken using electronic tools;

The interested party has the right to oppose, wholly or in part:
